At first, I was a bit unsure about what questions to ask, so I was guided with questions about the things I really wanted to know more about in a structured way. It was an enjoyable discussion because it cleared up my confusion about my career and how to develop it step-by-step. The results of the discussion were practical. Yesterday's coaching was a blast! Mr. Joko or I called him Kak Joko, he help answers my questions about skills regarding the Oil & Gas Industry. We discussed about law and government impact too. It was exciting!
It was great talking to Coach Jane. She created a safe and comfortable space where I could openly share my thoughts. I learned a lot about life and gained new perspectives that really made me reflect. The session gave me some much-needed clarity and enlightenment.
