1. I could stay true to my self tanpa khawatir apapun, Coach sangat fiendly dan very supportive atas apa yang ada pada diri saya, historikal perjalanan karir hingga personal ambition jangka panjang saya.
2. Coach sangat helpful untuk menggali sisi dalam diri (berdasarkan ambidextrous leadership assesment by IMD) dan memprioritaskan mana yang dijadikan goal setting juga bagaimana saya menentukan parameter keberhasilannya (dalam waktu 3 minggu coaching).
3. Coach juga memberikan rekomendasi buku-buku yang bisa dibaca untuk improvement diri saya for fow to handle people, how to influence others, how to deal with stakeholders

This is the first time I have dived deeply into my past and tried to give it a healthy amount of attention, instead of avoiding it. Meeting my old self from the past feels very necessary for healing in the present. Miss Erni wonderfully guided me through this process. She knew the right tools and could summarize everything clearly, even in the messy and muddy thought processes in my brain. She carefully coached me on this journey, helping me through the proccess of me putting each thought into the right boxes and folders, highlighting the important ones, and letting go of the unnecessary ones.
In today’s session, I got to learn a lot more about myself, both my strengths and the areas I still need to work on. What I really appreciated was how Coach Jane helped me see how I can turn my weaknesses into something positive and useful. We also talked about planning my future, and having a clearer direction feels really helpful and motivating. I’m hopeful that I can start turning these goals into reality by next year. Thank you, coach!
Thank you very much Bu Tituk for reminding me that leader should not only focus on the numbers, but also how we ensure all aspects of the organization can also grow and not left behind. I learn to listen more and expose myself more in the ops side.

I learned more about how to be a leader, targeting to achieve level 3 leader by end of 2025 where people can follow not only due to orders but because of shared vision, being comfortable, and they can also grow to be a leader later. My homework from this session is to: 1) create KPI for my team and 2) have a 1on1 session with team. Thank you Bu Tituk!
