Sesi coaching pertama ini merupakan awal yang bagus untuk saya yang baru masuk ke organisasi. Dari sesi coaching ini, saya mempelajari mindset dan cara berkomunikasi yang baik sebagai pegawai BPJS Kesehatan.

1. Supplier meeting with Supplier's Top management completed 100% from 29 July ~30 Aug (47 Supplier)
2. There are 14 supplier (30 %) gave commitment to catch up the remain target as 1% (-$ 142 K).
3. The remain 33 supplier has difficulties to catch up due suppliers that still cannot catch up the target due to limited part (36%), stock issue (9%), rejected due to quality issues (33%) and long testing time (24%). Fortunately, supplier still commit to continue the CR activity in FY24 for FY25 preparation by re-study process optimization, sub-part & end part localization and re-sourcing the material & sub parts.
