Session 4 is amazingly unforgettable.
Let me give you some context first. It took place two days before I ran my half marathon, a distance I had been unable to reach in the past six months. Usually, at around KM 13/14, I would experience a lot of negative thoughts due to personal problems, which made me fall down and give up. However, after the 2nd and 3rd coaching sessions, I started to be able to run at least to KM 16/17 by always remembering the new mindset that was shaped through my coaching sessions with her. This has greatly helped me fight the negative thoughts that appear while running.
Another context: To be honest, before every session, I always create a "prediction" of where Coach Mia will lead me. I do this to train myself to be a good coach for myself. And yes, I am always wrong; the predictions are 0% accurate. In every session, I am amazed and mind blown by how she shapes me throughout the session. For example, I used to think that anger was a wrong feeling and that we should be more patient. I was wrong. Anger is a valid feeling; it's just a matter of how we respond to it.
In Session 4, I created a prediction and prepared myself to be mind blown as usual. As expected, my prediction was wrong, and I was mind blown at the end. But this time, something different happened. In this session, a miracle happened: Coach Mia not only touched and shifted my mindset but also my heartset. I almost shed tears during the session. It was incredibly relieving. If a talented doctor has magical hands, then Coach Mia has magical thoughts.
When the half marathon came, I used the shifted mindset and heartset to not only finish it but also fight all the negative feelings that occurred. It was not easy. Totally not easy. But we did it. I say "we" because it was all because of her too.
I always say Coach Mia is a badass. But I just realized she is more than that. She is is a kind Ima (Ima in Hebrew means mother).

- At the moment, I'm still trying to open myself as well as to listen to my colleagues. In my character, if I know for sure the process and the logic, then I will not listen to the colleague and will directly explain the logic and the risk.
- I'm trying to have a chat with colleagues, even those I don't like to converse with, even in professional matters.
- I'm trying to listen to colleagues to understand the reasons behind their mistakes.
- I'm trying to engage in casual conversation with colleagues when I'm in the office.
To be honest, this is not easy for me. However, I will try to create a new personal brand for myself.
