I am an HR Practitioner, specifically in a business partnering role with over eight years of experience in multinational companies. With my educational background in Psychology (B.Psy) and Human Resource Development (M.Sc), I am genuinely passionate about people and self-development, especially in the organizational context. I believe that people can reach their full potential by having the right mindset and support system, and I found coaching can play a significant role in that space.
