Dian places a significant emphasis on development of human capacity and potentials through a collaborative approach rooted in personalized coaching and mentoring methods.

She initiated the coaching process for all her staff since 2010. She successfully instilled a positive work culture and fostered solid teamwork. This led to various achievements and awards in integrating client company's financial systems with the bank, resulting in seamless transaction solutions through the SNAP open banking network and internet banking with strong market share.

Dian set up the Cash Management department in BCA. With her expertise in business development and solid teamwork within her department, Dian forges strong relationship with clients from different sectors including Capital Markets, Future Markets, Energy, Social Security, Education, and more. 

Approaching her retirement, Dian became captivated by the world of coaching and pursued certification from Coaching Indonesia Academy as a Certified Professional Coach and a Licensed Practitioner of Intuitive Coaching at Integra Institute.

Dian fully understands the significance of balance and freedom, principles she upholds in both her professional and personal life. With two children currently pursuing careers as doctor and entrepreneur, Dian serves as both a parent and partner, guiding them in decision-making and choosing the best path.
