Mr. Oni, as a career mentor coach, has demonstrated exceptional skill in uncovering the root of my problems enabling me to identify them myself. During our first session, I was overwhelmed and confused with numerous complicated problems, lacking any clear priorities. The situation seemed incredibly complex. In our second meeting, I began to identify key priorities among my issues and started viewing some problems from a different perspective. Personally, I have started to see my potential more clearly, and many of my fears have diminished. I am now able to take small steps towards improvement.
