Coach Ellen is a person that I instantly have my trust on the first session . The type of coach who let the client speak without feeling judge. A very good listener and I can't wait to apply the knowledge that I got from her session. Looking forward to next session.

I'd like to thank mbak Ellen and BAT for the opportunity, definitely looking for next mentoring :) Overall Experience: Acknowledging myself: its me, hi! i'm the problem is me (not inside me, but my perspectives, habits and practices). Through with growth mindset I believe I can thrive. Problems: 1- Boss (baby boomers) doesnt really listen 2- External Factors (as validation & motivation): Lack of achievement/appreciation, as a result,,feeling not thriving 3- Clarity & Perfectionism: procrastinate and barely start anything, until its perfect start/preparation Practical Way to improve: 1- Empathy and understanding how to manage people with different perspective, try to train my emphaty and understand why he act the way he act. 2- I will focus on things I can control, no need to overthink everything, choose problem/conflict wisely 3- Mindset: Its okay not to be okay, bad day is still your day, just start and do the work. Deep work.

My coaching session with Ellen Nio was eye-opening. She helped me understand my saboteur and its impact on my self-perception. Ellen's coaching techniques were game-changing; she encouraged me to confront and overcome my saboteur. Her thorough questioning increased my self-awareness, and I feel more equipped to address my saboteurs. Additionally, Ellen helped me overcome my fear of others' opinions and realize that my judgments were often projections of my own insecurities. Really highly recommend Ellen Nio as a career coach. Her coaching style is effective in helping individuals overcome their limiting beliefs and develop a growth mindset. Anyone seeking self-improvement and career development would benefit from her coaching.

I always feel blessed whenever I got the opportunity for 1on1 coaching session with Ellen. I can say that Ellen is a master of guiding question, as she always find the most appropriate question, digging the answer within my self. Mind blowing with 5 stars satisfaction are what I feel after Ellen's coaching session, as it's always help me to find new POV in order to solve the problem.

My first session is very insightful and interesting. The questions are not easy to answer, but the coach somehow know how to guide my thought and help me to uncover the real meaning and deeper awareness about Leadership and team growth. Thank you so much! can't wait for another session

Overall expecting the discussions will be strictly related to work, turns our with her questions linked a lot of points outside of work which affect each other, and give and interesting thought after the sessions. Also encountering some aha moments which lingers after the sessions. Really appreciated the thoughts she give during my sessions. Thank you!

It is interesting how a simple offer of new perspective can change everything, that out of challenges, there are untapped opportunities, and that WE HAVE POWER, not stuck, if we allow ourselves to be humble enough to see it :) Also, I get to find my sabotaging part through a quiz, which is fun to discover, appreciate the session, thank you ci!

I came to the coaching session completely unaware of what coaching is or what coaching can do for my career progression, but i know i needed help going forward, and maybe a bouncing board of outsider perspectives into my current predicament, issues, and exploration of path to take going forward. Ellen has very generously provided a full almost 2 hours session with me for chemistry and a trial session, which helped me realize okay, my failure are not entirely under my control, that I use whatever skill i have acquired to help the business protect and prepare against the immense challenges brought upon us externally, including managing Covid-19 disruption and transition, building a sizeable balance sheet (our "options" liquidity, cost cutting measures and forecasting inflation expectation ahead of time. With her experience, she advised that comparison, even for peers of similar age are not helpful, and mostly served as self-sabotage or detrimental to my motivation and career progression going forward. Though my problems are far from resolved, and any action taken going forward are solely my own responsibility, I ultimately understood that my admittance to not being able to see a blue ocean of the core business means my leadership position and skill mismatch is probably untenable, and could be my biggest blocker. Through her prompt question, the two homework that i needed to do urgently is to have this transition conversation with my parents, and do a self-check test on my strength before deciding on any of the path going forward.

The way ci Ellen helps to distill the overflow information from me, is essential to help me achieve the purpose of today's coaching session. I left the room pumped and very energetic to REALLY MAKE THIS HAPPEN :) Something I have lost to feel for sometime now.. it is like rekindle my hopes and aspiration. Appreciate the session ci!
