I am HR professional with organizational and project experience on national, regional, and international level. I started in Talent Acquisition, then expanded to Learning and Development, Performance Management, Employee Experience, and various project-based roles. It gives me vast experience to navigate different level of professional arena, collaborate with diverse individuals, and drive the best results. 

After 4 years of individual contributor role, I embarked on leadership role which strengthens my experience on both team management and people development.

Continuous learning, listening, and analysis have always been my way of approaching challenges. Teaching has been my passion since college years, which I intend to continue pursuing through sharing and mentoring others in my professional days.
