The Sales Coach Certification Program (SCCP) covering key elements to be an effective sales coach with the ICF core competencies and ethics.

It prepares you to apply knowledge and skills of coaching for the purpose of sales performance coaching, sales team leadership, negotiation, and sales career development.

Program Overview:
This is a 6-day program which includes in-class training, pair coaching practice (with observation and feedback), and self-study.

Program Objectives
  1. Become competent and professional sales coach with the capacity to deliver coaching services in diverse sales situations and organization.
  2. Integrate the coaching principles, methodologies and skills into your sales team management and sales leadership practice.
  3. Experience the impact of self-transformation to your sales team engagement.
  4. Gain confidence to immediately apply these skills for the benefit of others around you.

Certification Earned: 
By the end of the program you will receive the title of Certified Sales Coach (CSC).

Credit Hours Earned:
  1. 17 hours in-class training
  2. 8 hours of pair coaching practice (with observation and feedback)
  3. 5 self-study hours
  4. Total of 30 hours (Approved Coaching Specific Training Hours by ICF)
