Golf is actually a leadership game as I perceived it. My senior graduate from Prasetiya Mulya named Ping Hartono wrote a book about it. Decision, execution, precision, and result by choosing the right club at the right time according to where the golf ball settles in the playing field. Knowing is not the same as doing. Hence, I need a coach to improve my game.

This is applicable as well for any leader who has a coach to improve his/her leadership to lead his/her team to achieve sustainable great results. Please give your comments, concern, agreement, or disagreement. Cheers, Dan.
